We sat down with Kareem Fort on the set of his upcoming documentary DEMOS to find out how the project started and how he’s putting it together.

Its primary objective is to provide insight on the myriad of ways to establish or further enhance a successful independent music career. Industry veterans along with well established indie artists will share their experiences, advice and techniques providing an invaluable and unprecedented resource for the up and coming artist.
This is part 1 & 2 of a 4 part series directed by Hard Knock Tv’s Nick Huff Barili. Nick has documented the making of Nneka’s new album “Soul is Heavy” over the last year and a half. The four part series is part of a making of the album documentary that will be release with her album…

Straight out of Kafou Haiti, Bennchoumy and The Manifestation or Manifestasyon produce a sound that is a fusion of Haitian rasin (roots), rock, reggae, melodic and hip hop. In Haiti, a manifestation is a march or strike from the people revolting through song against anything or anyone who wants to take away their right to live.
After seeing the video below I gotta say that I’m quite compelled to check them out live.
